Nakiyama Night skiing is great for the kids as it’s a short green run well lit and safe. The Kids can also toboggan if they prefer. The best part, however, is the large glass windows from waist to ceiling providing perfect visibility of the flood lit slope. Meaning you can sit in the comfort of Bernd’s Keller enjoying cold beers and fondue as you watch the youngsters enjoy outside.
Two of Hakuba’s largest winter events, New Years Eve and the Happo Fire Festival, are held in front of the Marillen Hotel. Marillen is the perfect place to enjoy both festivals.
